Generally, smaller sofas fit well in smaller spaces. We recommend measuring at least 2 feet for walkways. For smaller apartments, a love seat or a smaller sofa are your best bet.

Yes! We’re happy to send complimentary swatches of most of our fabric products. Get in touch with us to request a swatch. Your swatch will arrive via mail within 1-3 weeks.

We aim to present the colour and texture of each product as accurately as possible. All photos on our website are taken by professional photographers with lighting conditions that reflect residential settings. How these photos are displayed on individual screens may vary. If you’re unsure about a colour, get in touch with us and we will happily send you a free swatch.

Shipping & Delivery

We are working daily to continue to offer as many In-Stock and Ready to Ship products to our clients to reduce wait times as much as possible. Working with so many suppliers means that shipping times may vary quite a bit, depending on the item being shipped! Smaller items are shipped quicker, where larger items take a bit more consideration.

It's true. Dala offers complimentary delivery over a certain dollar amount based on your location. For larger items such as sofas and sectionals, we also offer white glove assembly and removal of packaging for an additional fee. Please connect with our team if you have any shipping/delivery quotations you need help with.

Warranty & Repair

We stand by our products and suppliers. Issues happen. We're here to do everything in our ability to make it right. We offer a 2 year warranty on Dala Luxe products. For all other products we will honour the manufacturer's warranty.
Our warranty covers any confirmed imperfections in manufacturing or craftsmanship beginning the day your order arrives at your home.
Please note that our warranty only applies when products are used for their intended purposes and becomes void when our pieces are modified in any way. Defects or damages resulting from misuse, accidents, modifications, natural disasters (including water and fire), and regular wear and tear will not be covered by our warranty.
Solid wood pieces may experience warping, cracking, and splitting due to environmental conditions, such as changes in humidity. If these pieces have not been properly maintained as per our care recommendations, they will not fall under our warranty.
Fading, pilling, and staining of upholstery, compression of cushion fillings, and reasonable degrees of wear caused by everyday use and/or a lack of regular maintenance is not included in our warranty.
Our warranty is non-transferable, and does not extend to resale, second-hand, final sale, or floor model pieces. It also does not apply to products that are used for commercial purposes, unless those products are listed as commercial-grade.

Returns & Refunds

Returns are something we want to avoid. We diligently work hard to provide as much information and support for our product offerings that there should be no issues or surprises. If there is something you are unhappy with please connect with our team and we’ll make it right.

We believe that true sustainability is the whole life-cycle of a product, so quality, natural materials, and multi-functionality are integral to our philosophy at Dala.
We truly believe in reducing our environmental footprint, through "fewer, better things," quality furniture, and timeless designs that stand the test of time.
Our product team works directly with our factory partners to identify opportunities for improvement, including replacing the use of styrofoam with sustainable packaging where possible with a goal of eliminating the use of styrofoam in our packaging, without impacting the integrity of the piece or protection.
As primarily a direct-to-consumer brand, we strive to reduce travel time of our pieces before they arrive in our customers' homes. We go the extra mile to ensure the product is what you expected in our effort to eliminate returns.
Returned items are donated to local charities when possible or sold at a discount through our outlet store and staging division. We reuse and recycle.
Internally, we continue to educate ourselves about further ways to contribute to a more sustainable future through our products and operations.
Our furniture is rated for everyday residential use, and is designed to be well-loved and to last. Of course, when it comes to children and pets, mishaps can happen. Think of them as happy accidents! Spills, stains, and markings simply add to the character of our pieces. Over time, your furniture will patina gorgeously and become truly, uniquely yours.

Yes, submitting your credit information on our website is safe. All information inputted into our website is encrypted and we will do our best to protect its security in our systems. Specifically, every web page on our site uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption, which makes all information inputted unreadable should anyone try to intercept it.

No. We'll only communicate with you if you want to hear from us and we will never provide your information to other companies.

We charge sales tax in provinces where we are required to by law. Any applicable taxes will be displayed clearly at checkout.
